[ What is a promotional code and how do I use it? ]
Whenever you receive a special offer for purchases at Christa Hope Online, you will also receive a promotional code to use. This code lets us know which special offer should be applied to your order. Using the code is easy. Just shop and check out as you normally would. then, when you get to the order form page of checkout, enter the promotional code in the space provided, and then complete the checkout process.

[ Can I change my order during checkout? ]
Depends on where you're at in the checkout process. If you're in the shopping cart, then, yes, you can update the quantity and remove items. If, however, you?ve already hit checkout button and are in the order form, you will not be able to change your shopping cart on the order form itself. The best thing to do is verify your order on the order form before you fill in any of the order form information. Then, if you need to modify your order, click the back button on your browser and go back to your shopping cart and make any changes. Then, when your shopping cart is complete, click on the ?checkout? button and finish the checkout process.

[ How can I be sure my order has been received? ]
After you enter your order form information and click the "submit order" button, you will be taken to a webpage order confirmation page notifying you that your order was successfully submitted. In addition, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Lastly, you will also receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped to the recipient.

[ When will I be charged for my order? ]
For regularly stocked items, you will be charged at the time your order has been confirmed by Christa Hope. For custom orders, half of the amount of the custom order will be due at the time your order has been placed and the remaining balance will be due after the customer order has been designed and finished being made and is ready to be shipped.

[ How is sales tax calculated for my order? ]
It is very important to us that your order is processed correctly. For all Christa Hope online purchases, sales tax of 8.8% will be applied to Washington residents only. Please note that on-screen order totals do not include applicable taxes. The actual charge to you will reflect all applicable state, local and county taxes and will be calculated when the order is shipped. [ When will my order be shipped? ]
Christa Hope prides itself in hand-crafting each piece to order, so please allow between 1 - 4 weeks, depending on availability, from receipt of payment(for money orders or cashier's checks) or fund verification (for personal checks) for your order to be shipped via standard shipping. We will notify you by email with the piece's estimated shipping date upon receipt of payment, and again with the UPS tracking number when your piece has been shipped. Special and custom orders usually ship within 3 to 6 weeks, although this may vary depending on the piece, the quantity ordered, and the time of year. [ Do the listed prices include the shipping and handling cost? ]
No. The prices of the items do not include shipping and handling costs. The cost of shipping and handling will vary depending on the shipping option selected, value of the merchandise, and number of addresses you need items in your order shipped to. [ How do I know if my order has been shipped? ]
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address. The first confirms that your order has been received; this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours. The second confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours following receipt of payment and verification of your information. Find the UPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.ups.com to check the status of your order online.
